The section of the Blue Earth River we float is 10 miles long. Starting at Rapidan Dam floating to Fort Le Hillier Landing(Hwy 90 Bridge) out behind Mt. Kato ski area. We have 17 water falls, 11 set of rapids, 300 natural springs and bald eagle families along the way. Occasionally you can see deer, hawks, geese, ducks, turkeys, fish, and many other species along the way.
We rent kayaks, tandem kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and canoes.
We have a few options for rivers and lakes in the area to take the gear you rent from us. One of the most commom sections to float is the Blue Earth river, Le Seuer River. Some other great river to float are the Maple River, Cobb River, Minnesota River, Watonwan River and many other rivers in the area. We also have many lakes to take out our gear on like Madison Lake, Lake Washington, Eagle Lake, Crystal Lake, Swan Lake, and Loon Lake just to name a few.
