Tap that Sap

On this educational hike you’ll learn how to identify maple trees, tap them, and turn their sap into syrup! Enjoy the first signs of spring as we hike through the forest along the Blue Earth River. Each guest will get to take home their own batch of freshly made syrup, tapped right here in Mankato.

Please arrive at Bent River Outfitter 10 minutes before the scheduled event so we can get everyone checked in and loaded on the shuttle.
